At Kyokushin World Shop, we aim to deliver your martial arts gear quickly and securely, both within the Netherlands and worldwide. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and return policy.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

PostNL (Netherlands) – 1–2 business days including Saturdays (not guaranteed).

DHL Express (Netherlands) – Often delivered the next business day (not guaranteed).

PostNL / DPD (Europe) – 5–10 business days (not guaranteed due to customs).

PostNL Worldwide – 5–25 business days (not guaranteed due to customs).
Please note: We are closed on Mondays and Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday after 15:00 CET will be processed on Tuesday.
DHL On Demand Delivery
With DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD), you have full control over your shipment:

Return Policy
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, shipping costs will be charged again for sending the replacement item.
Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, clean, and undamaged.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to hygiene reasons, mouthguards, groin protectors, compression shorts, and sports bras are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return shipping costs apply and shipping costs will be charged again for sending the replacement item.
In many cases, placing a new order is faster than waiting for the return to be processed and refunded.
How to Return
Please always register your return via our Return Portal. This is the fastest and easiest way to start a return.
Through the Return Portal, you will receive further instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Once your return is registered, please follow the instructions provided in the portal.
Always include the original packing slip with your return.

Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refunded amount will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
