Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• PostNL (Netherlands) – 1–2 business days, including Saturdays (not guaranteed). Includes tracking & insurance.
• PostNL / DPD (Europe) – 5–10 business days (not guaranteed due to customs). Includes tracking.
• PostNL Worldwide – 5–25 business days (not guaranteed due to customs). Includes tracking & insurance.
• DHL Express Worldwide – Fast & reliable shipping with On Demand Delivery service.

Important: Important: We are closed on Sundays. Express orders placed after 12:00 CET on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Please note: Custom-made products (such as embroidered belts or gis) require additional processing time before shipment, even when Express Shipping is selected. Express shipping only speeds up delivery after dispatch, not the production of made-to-order items. We do prioritize express orders with custom embroidery and always aim to ship them faster than standard timelines. Thank you for your understanding!

• US, Canada, Mexico, Australia: €42,00 (2–3 days)

• Rest of the World: €65,00 (2–4 days)

DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD)

DHL ODD gives you full control over your delivery, allowing you to:

• Schedule delivery for another day.
• Deliver to another address (e.g., work or family).
• Authorize delivery to a safe place.
• Leave with a neighbour or reception.
• Hold at a DHL ServicePoint for pickup.
• Store safely for up to 30 days (vacation hold).

Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes. Kyokushin World Shop is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be in original packaging, unworn, clean, and undamaged.
• Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Due to hygiene, compression shorts, groin protectors, mouthguards, and sports bras are non-returnable.

How to Return

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use our Return Portal and send your package to:

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days (excluding original shipping fees).
