Available payment methods

• iDEAL – Instant and secure payments via your own bank (Netherlands).
• Bancontact – For customers in Belgium, quick and easy via your banking app or card reader.
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) – Accepted worldwide with additional buyer protection.
• PayPal – Pay with your PayPal account or linked credit card/bank account.
• Klarna – Pay Later – Pay only after receiving your order (see details below).
• Bank Transfer – Transfer the amount yourself via online banking (processing time 1–2 business days).

Paying with Klarna – Pay Later

With Klarna Pay Later, you only pay after receiving your order and deciding which items you want to keep. You have 14 days from the shipping date to pay via the Klarna app or klarna.com.

Note: Klarna is currently only available for customers in countries using the Euro (€) as currency.

How it works

1. Select “Klarna – Pay Later” at checkout.
2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice by email or in the Klarna app.
3. Pay within 14 days via iDEAL or direct debit.

Benefits

• Only pay after you have seen your order.
• Free 10-day extension (“snooze”), or up to 30 days for a small fee.
• Easy management via the Klarna app.

Returns or cancellations

If you return part or all of your order, your invoice will be adjusted automatically. For full returns, your invoice will be closed. If you cancel your order, your payment will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.

Note

If you miss the payment deadline, Klarna will first send a free reminder. After that, reminder fees may apply according to their terms. For invoice-related questions, Klarna Customer Service is available 24/7 via the app or website.
